We used her because of her prior experience in our building and she did not disappoint - she was able to help us get a well-above ask offer before the condo even hit the market. Jane is an excellent Real Estate Professional.  Working with her, I was able to buy, rent and sell a condo that turned out to be one of my best investments over the past few years, almost tripling my investment after all expenses, in a little over three years.

In my case she helped me find and buy   an investment condo in SOMA at an excellent price.  Then she helped me to renovate the condo at a good price with workers that she recommended who did a great job at a fair price.  She also helped me to find the first renter and then kept it rented at fair market prices for the past few years.  When I decided to sell the condo, she staged the condo, marketed it in all the real estate and social media sites, and then got a multiple bids over asking price.  She gave me great real estate advice all along the way from the initial purchase, renting over the years and at sale.  She was always there to answer my questions and help with the details.  And believe me, there are lots of details that can trip you up.

So if you are looking to buy or sell, or as an investment as in my case, Jane will do an excellent job for you.
